This notice explains the information Blue Dot Farms collects through its website and how we use it. It applies to movement signups, farmer suggestions, corrections, and removal requests.

Directory submissions may include farm or business information, public source links, your relationship to the operation, and optional submitter contact information.
We use signup information to provide Blue Dot Farms updates and understand community interests. We use directory submissions to review suggestions, contact producers, prevent duplicates, process corrections, and respond to removal requests.
Submitter identities, private contact details, mobile numbers, subscriber information, and moderation notes are not placed in the public directory. Community recommendations remain private outreach leads unless a producer participates or gives permission for a public profile.
Blue Dot Farms does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, communications, storage, and security, or disclosed when legally required.
You may unsubscribe from updates at any time. Producers and community members may request access, correction, or removal of information associated with a submission by contacting us.
